You will need:

  • 60ml Whisky 
  • 30ml sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • Lemon Twist or Maraschino Cherry to garnish 

To make:

  1. Add the whisky, vermouth and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe 
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon twist
