Put a sweet twist on a classic! The natural sweetness of the maple balances the sour lemon, warmed with the smooth & creamy notes of The Glenlivet 12YO.
You will need:
- 50ml The Glenlivet 12YO
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml maple syrup
- Egg white/aquafabba (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- If you are using egg white or aquafabba, first dry shake (without ice) vigourously to emulsify.
- Add ice & shake again
- Double strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice or a chilled coupe glass without ice.
