You will need:

  • Citrus, berries and any other seasonal fruit
  • 3 Tbsp Castor Sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice
  • 750ml bottle of light red wine
  • 100ml Brandy (or Whisky)
  • Soda water

To make:

  1. Chop fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (we used, oranges, lemon, pear and red berries)
  2. Cover and leave to macerate in the fridge for at least 1 hr
  3. Stuir fruit to make sure the sugar has disolved and tip into a jug filled with ice
  4. Add wine and brandy, then top with soda, garnish with mint and serve!
