In these beautiful, but harsh, conditions Clearwater Cove vines struggle for survival, producing low yields of high quality fruit with concentrated flavours.
Aromas of bramble and blueberry, wrapped up in passionfruit and a refreshing twist of citrus. From the first sip enjoy a burst of mouth-watering sweet fruit offset by characteristic Sauvignon Blanc flavour with a crisp, dry finish.
