This drink stems from the Brazillian Caipirinha, but gin is used in place of the traditional ‘cachaca.’ It’s super simple – the key is crushed ice with generous amounts of lime & mint.
There’s probably a million different ways to make a hard iced tea – switch up the fruit, use cold brew flavoured tea etc, but we’ll keep it classic & you can take it from there.
We love a classic marg as much as the next person, but a coconut marg…next level. You’ll need Cream of Coconut which is not to be confused with coconut cream!
