Whisky Bacon Maple Syrup Recipe

- Cook 175g bacon to a crisp.
- Crumble into small bits and add to a saucepan with 350ml Canadian maple syrup and 40ml Teeling Whiskey.
- Stir on a low heat and bring to a simmer.
- Then drizzle the syrup all over pancakes!
- Enjoy!
