Sticky Ginger Pork Ribs Recipe

Combine 1 Tbsp five spice powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 5 Tbsp oyster sauce, ½ cup Green Ginger Wine, 2 diced spring onions, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp chilli flakes and 4 Tbsp honey in a large bowl.
Add around 2kg pork ribs, toss to coat, cover and place in fridge and marinate for a minimum of 1 hr before baking.
Bake for 1 hour in preheated oven to 200oC covered with foil. Remove foil, turn oven down to 180oC (150oC fan forced) and continue to bake for another 20 min. Brush with remaining marinade every 5 minutes, turning ribs each time or until cooked through.
Pile on a plate for you and your mates to devour! Or plate up with some steamed rice and a fresh green salad on the side.
