Rum Sauce. Enough said!

A super tasty brunch!
Melt 20 grams of butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add 4 sliced, ripe bananas and cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until brown, Transfer to a bowl.
Reheat pan over medium heat.
Add 20 grams of butter, ½ cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup rum and 2 Tbsp thickened cream to a large frying pan over a medium heat and boil gently, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
Toast waffles and add the sliced bananas, drizzle with the sauce and dust with icing sugar (or icecream if you’re feeling indulgent!). So yum!
