Rosé Strawberries & Cream

The ladies love Rosé and they also love Prosecco! So why not put both in this easy dessert that will gain any lad some extra brownie points with his better half!
- Combine 1 cup frozen strawberries with 3 Tbsp raw sugar and ½ cup Rosé. Stir, sit at room temperature for 15 mins then chill.
- Portion vanilla ice cream or cream into bowls and spoon over the strawberries.
- Top with prosecco and add in a sprig of thyme and fresh berries for garnish.
