Clermont Whiskey Sour

60ml Jim Beam White  |  30ml orange juice  |  15ml lemon juice  |  dash sugar syrup  |  dash of egg white (optional)

Combine all ingredients in shaker and shake vigorously to emulsify egg white (optional). Single strain into an ice filled old fashioned or rocks glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and serve.

60ml Jim Beam Double Oak  |  15ml Bitter Aperitif  |  15ml Sweet Vermouth

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir to optimum dilution. Strain into a chilled old fashioned or rocks glass over a large block of ice. Garnish with lemon zest and serve.
