Lamb Koftas Recipe

These lamb koftas with fresh herbs and creamy yoghurt marry perfectly with a smooth pinot noir.

  1. Add 1kg lamb mince, 1 onion sliced, 2 garlic cloves, 15g parsley, 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper to a food processor, and process until finely chopped and well mixed.
  2. Shape into meatballs. 
  3. Pan fry until brown on all sides.
  4. Serve with pita bread and cucumber and mint yoghurt sauce.
  5. Enjoy!
