Lamb Koftas Recipe

These lamb koftas with fresh herbs and creamy yoghurt marry perfectly with a smooth pinot noir.
- Add 1kg lamb mince, 1 onion sliced, 2 garlic cloves, 15g parsley, 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper to a food processor, and process until finely chopped and well mixed.
- Shape into meatballs.
- Pan fry until brown on all sides.
- Serve with pita bread and cucumber and mint yoghurt sauce.
