A twist on a Moscow mule with sweet Kentucky bourbon. But no messing around with the other key ingredients of mint, lime and ginger in this cool refreshing drink.
Wrap a few handfuls of ice cubes in a clean towel and, using a muddler, crush the ice.
Fill a tall glass with half a lime and two sprigs of mint and muddle.
Add the crushed ice, pour in 60ml bourbon and fill with ginger beer.
Garnish with mint.
