It goes without saying that lamb goes hand in hand with a glass of red wine. But did you know that you can perfect your meal by pairing the perfect red to your perfectly cooked lamb dish?
SPRING LAMB more delicate in flavour would be overpowered by a full bodied red. You might as well just drink the red and leave the lamb! A rack of lamb with bright vegetables or a spring lamb stew pairs best with a glass of Pinot Noir.
