Cucumber Recipe - Cucumber Gin Grapefruit Fizz

Spoil your guests and be the host to boast about with this fabulous gin-infused cocktail.
CUCUMBER GIN & GRAPEFRUIT FIZZ
- Mash half a cucumber in a small pitcher until it is broken down into small pieces.
- Add 350ml gin, cover, and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
- Place ice in each serving glass and pour 40ml of the gin into each and top with grapefruit soda.
- Stir once, garnish with cucumber slices, and serve immediately.
