Cocktail Recipe - Whisky Blinker

- Make the raspberry syrup by dissolving 2 cups sugar in 1 cup water over low heat. Add 1 cup raspberries & make into a pulp.
- In a shaker with ice, combine 60ml whisky, 15ml grapefruit juice and 7ml raspberry syrup.
- Shake, strain and serve.
