This Rosemary Tuck cocktail is the perfect balance of citrus with blended scotch whisky and a hint of the earthy herb rosemary. The perfect nightcap for the festive season!
- Combine 45ml Blended Scotch Whisky, 45ml Port, 2 dashes Orange Bitters, and15ml orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Stir for 30 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
