Cocktail Recipe - Raspberry & Thyme Prosecco
  1. Bring ⅓ cup raspberries, 1 sprig thyme, ⅓ cup water and ⅓ cup sugar to the boil.
  2. Turn to low heat and simmer for 10 mins, remove thyme sprig and crush remaining berries.
  3. Add 2 Tbsp of this raspberry syrup to the bottom of each glass.
  4. Top with prosecco and add in a sprig of thyme and fresh berries for garnish. Delish!
