Cocktail Recipe - Lychee Mojito

Make sure you have the ingredients for this cocktail so you can whip it up any time the sun shines!
- Freshly squeeze the juice of 1½ limes.
- Muddle a handful of mint leaves, 1 tsp sugar, and half of lime juice in a sturdy glass.
- Add 4 canned lychees and pound until completely broken up.
- Fill glass with ice, pour in remaining lime juice, a splash of soda water and 2 shots of gold rum and stir.
