Cocktail Recipe - Holiday Tea Royale


3 cups of water

9 fruity tea bags

1/2 tsp ground allspice 

2 cups cranberry juice 

1/4 cup brandy

750ml sparkling wine or cider 


Pour boiling water over the teabags and allspice; cover and brew for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and chill. In a large pitcher, combine tea, cranberry juice and brandy. Just before serving, slowly add sparkling wine or cider. Sweeten, if desired, with sugar and serve over ice.
