Cocktail Recipe - Basil Gin Fizz

Premium gins are best enjoyed cold with a few cold cubes of ice whilst gins with more botanicals and aromatics are perfect for mixing with cocktails. A handy tip - instead of adding lemon or lime to your G&T, try a wedge of cucumber, or mango peel & black pepper for an exotic twist.
Give this Basil Gin Fizz a go - it's a modern classic with a fresh basil kick!
Muddle 4 basil leaves with 1/4 teaspoon of honey and 25ml fresh lemon juice and fill the glass with ice. Add 50ml gin and stir with a stir stick to fully incorporate the honey into the gin. Top up with soda water and garnish with basil leaves.
